types of training and coaching that we provide:

1. BEGINNERS COURSE IN SWIMMING

Getting Used to the water environment, breathing while in the water, getting a feel for the lift and drag while in the water, various exercises for keeping a horizontal stance in the water, getting acquainted with sliding in water.
up to 10 children per group froM 8 to 18 years old.

2. MEDICINAL SWIMMING FOR CHILDREN

Helps with better balance of the back and the whole body.
up to 10 children per group froM 8 to 18 years old.

3. SWIM FIT

Exercises both in the water and on land.
up to 10 people per group froM 16 to 50 years old.

4. IN-WATER MEDICINAL GYMNASTIC

Exercises in the water with specific tools. One lessons lasts 45 minutes. 
UNLIMITED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS per group from 16 to 65 years old.

5. PREVENTION & CONTROL OF SPINAL DISTORTIONS

Exercises aimed at correcting posture and improving muscle imbalance. 
Up to 10 participants from 8 to 16 years old. 

6. CIRCULAR TRAINING (ON LAND)

Various exercises which repeat in cycles and improving all muscle groups. 
Up to 10 participants in a group from 10 to 40 years old.
